We are a professional family run business in St Albans with an extensive knowledge of the print industry and like to put the ‘Personal in Print’. Our approach is friendly and informal and we take the time to find out what your objectives are.  By understanding your needs we aim to get the right outcome for your business, on time and within budget.

We are in a multi-media world and know that good printed material holds real value and is an essential form of communication.  This is what drives our business to achieve the best results from your print. We are experts in our field and are here to support your off-line presence.

Our Story

James, with an extensive career in the print industry, founded Macpro Design and Print (derived from Mac Professional).  Initially, the business looked after the artwork needs of clients and trade printers whereby files were prepared to plate for printing.

With investment the Company progressed into digital printing in 2006. As the industry changed, this side of the business has continued to grow and in doing so has allowed for other family members to join, working well together as a natural team.

We have been established in St Albans for 20 years. Our clients are primarily from Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London. We aim to keep our focus local so we can regularly meet with, and provide excellent services to our clients.

About me

Along with running the business, I look after clients’ artwork requirements. I am impressed with how the Industry has changed and believe the best way to work is being adaptable and always look to solve a problem. I enjoy a laugh, a blend of music and am also a lifelong Cottager supporter!!

I am the newest member of the family to join the business and like to spend some time at the office, meeting and greeting clients. I enjoy long walks in the park and am partial to the odd treat (Wainwright’s Dog’s Best Friend are a firm favourite!).
